sidekiq jobs are failing because of the Article/Dataset work type mix up, of the bl tenant (prod). The url points to an Article but the resulting work is actually a DataSet. This mixup causes sidekiq to retry these jobs indefinitely. Rory and I have seen this before dealing with an exporter issue.
Instead of spending more time on this, Would it be possible for the client to remake this work? Otherwise we may need to figure out why fedora things this work is something different. But since it's only seems to be an issue with this particular work it may not be worth looking into if there's an easier solution.
