Add Google Analytics code for BM tenant #444

In addition to the BL's GA tags, please add the attached code to https://britishmuseum.iro.bl.uk (not their demo one). We have done this for NMS if useful for previous example.

Just add G-40VE7FK41Y to the Google tag manager input here https://admin.iro.bl.uk/proprietor/accounts/4/edit

The BL will be inserted programmatically alongside as with NMS

added 31/5/23, will ask BM to check this is working and get confirmation before verification is complete.

@cziaarm BM have provided a new GA tag. I will send this via email in case it is best not to share that publicly on github.

GA tag entered into appropriate field in repo account settings page. BM confirmed they are now receiving data.
