Error when downloading 5GB file #465

Related to

When downloading a 5GB zip file, users are receiving a file "invalid" error. Presumably this is explained by one of three possibilities:

  1. Error with the original zip file (in which case not a Hyku problem)
  2. Error relating to the upload process (perhaps related to ticket #450).
  3. Error relating to the download process for larger files.

Cannot do trial and error testing yet until #450 is resolved (possibly via #173)

A second user cannot open the 7GB file named "batch 5" in this work. I have replicated this.

What I'm seeing is that currently downloads of >1GB are receiving only and exactly 1GB of data

I can successfully download that 5GB file. The researcher is still having issues, but I think this must be a problem local to that user as I have successfully downloaded this 5GB file and so has another BL staff member. Both using home wifi connections. Moving this to done.
