Confirm and explain the virus scanning procedure for uploaded content.

We use ClamAV 0.103.9

The virus database it updated with each build (so with every change)

Deposited files are scanned on upload.

As files are scanned on upload and we are currently regularly rebuilding , we don't currently re-scan or schedule automatic DB updates

File are backed-up to an encrypted AWS backup-vault.
