DOI URL mixup #504

I added two works to the BL tenant and minted DOIs. The DOIs have the correct BL prefix and appear in the expected BL datacite account.

However, the DOIs do not resolve to the expected work url in the repository. They both resolve to different tenants (one in bl-demo and one in sciencemuseumgroup). The url has the correct hyku ID but the wrong tenant prefix).

I can manually edit the url in Fabrica to resolve this. But any ideas as to what caused this?

We've definitely seen this before; it was so intermittent it was hard to test. Not sure if @cziaarm remembers as it was ages ago...

I remember a similar issue. But in that instance it was the DOI tenant datacite prefix that got mixed up rather than the url domain name.

Difficult to test as difficult to replicate the error. DOIs are minting as expected though, so the fix has not obviously broken anything.
