Unable to navigate to collections from shared search #508

When searching accross all tenants from the homepage, if you then click on a collection you get an error. Looks like the url at the top is missing the "bl" from the beginning as well. For this example I typed "York" in the shared search and tried to navigate to "Repository Training 23 March 2023, York" and got an error. I can get to the collection fine by just searching in the BL tenant though.

This works as expected on staging. Clicking on a collection in the shared search now takes you to the correct collection page.
