Expected Behavior Before Changes

Hi resolution images created by iii-print do not get derivatives, manifest crashes, viewer will not show

Expected Behavior After Changes

Hi resolution images created by iii-print get derivatives, viewer shows

Overrides iiif_print 1.0.0 change can be removed if/when https://github.com/scientist-softserv/iiif_print/pull/339 is merged and version updated
