xml uketd_dc subject field not being parsed #538

The xml subject field should parse into the Hyku "Dewey" field.

e.g. 621.3827</dc:subject>

2 issues:

  1. Fixing the parser
  2. Is there a quicker way to update this field for all the records already imported? Other than doing a roundtrip after the parser has been fixed?

Pause work on this until we have discussed the xml parser.
