In phase 2 of this work, we will want their existing manual implementation to still work along side our automated one. Additionally, would the following scenario be possible?
When a structure is automatically created but a user wants to make manual changes, can they use ESSI's manual workflow to override what was automatically generated? ref:#25
Acceptance Criteria
