Bulkrax Importers created on Main don't show up when switched to i35-valkyrize-hyku #163

Summary

I created two importers on main. When I switched to i35 I expected to see them in the bulkrax index page.

The are not present and Bulkrax::Importer.count returns 0. I was expecting it to return 2.

Could this mean that we'd lose all per-existing importers?

This could be a local issue so I'll try again later. I just wanted to take notes of potential bugs I find.

setting assets.debug = true in config/development.rb allows me to see the index page now. I'll see the pre-existing importers. will have another look at the console query count but i'll close this for now.
