Bulkrax's field mappings need to be configured to support all of Mobius' metadata, including their custom properties.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] Using the Mobius Field Name column in this spreadsheet, create Bulkrax field mappings
- [ ] Include the field mappings for the custom properties listed under Additional Fields to be Added
- [ ] Ensure field mappings split on ,
- [ ] Ensure field mappings do not split on \,

Notes

format conflicts with an existing Hyrax method. It's underlying property name thusly won't be format. The field mapping for this field should reflect this
