[ ] Add and enable the bulkrax gem. Follow installation instructions for guidance: https://github.com/samvera-labs/bulkrax#installation
[ ] Configurations should include CSV Parser only: View the docs for configuring bulkrax, and/or look at other projects for inspiration.

When a user goes to create a new importer, CSV Parser should be their only option in the Parser drop down.
