Summary

Sidekiq doesn't appear to be running the jobs. It gets enqueue but doesn't seem to actually start. The status stays "pending"

[ ] When creating a new Bulkrax importer, the sidekiq job should finish processing.

this is working now in local dev and staging without any dev work.
