Search in Collection not using OCR

Summary

related: #178 Search this collection (search on a collection page) is not searching OCR or searchable text. In order to make it easier to find records, search in collection should use OCR and searchable text.

• if you do this passes

Notes

The newest version of hyku has ORC searchable on collections. Lea Ann did this work in Pals and then contributed it back to the community with hyku 5.0.

It is definitely picking up the metadata, but not the OCR.
