Setup helm deployment

To download dependencies locally:

cd chart/princeton-manifold
helm dep update

Things I see we will need (working list):

• configmap
• secrets
• pvc
• pv: https://kubernetes.io/docs/concepts/storage/persistent-volumes/
• update values file
  • ingress & tls princeton-manifold-production.softserv.cloud
  • add redis config
  • add external postgres db config & point to db cluster

@bkiahstroud This looks great. I added an outline above, of things I can see are remaining. I am trying to find resources for you for each of them, it's a work in progress though so check back on it.
