SOW: Stemming for OCR/search

Summary

UTK would like to have 'stemming' instead of 'whole words only' for OCR search. OCR refers to in-viewer

Ex. searching 'mountains' also finds 'mountain'

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] As a user, when searching the stem of a word in the viewer, the singular and plural form are included in the search results

Testing Instructions

• Open or create a work with a fileset that has singular and plural versions of words
• search the singular and plural versions of those words in the UV

Looks like this isn't implemented for UV search https://github.com/samvera-labs/newspaper_works/issues/142

To get this functioning might be a big lift.
