UTK Fix Pipeline: LINT step fails #562

LOW PRIORITY. THIS PIPELINE HAS BEEN BROKEN SINCE OCTOBER!

But this is a nice to have given we can't trust the pipeline and have to work in this space again.

Lint step started to fail from Oct 13th. Before then, this step failed from legit lint errors. Now the error is something about the solr container not starting. (??)
