Rails Error after Remove and Rebuild on Some Filesets #607

Story

On some filesets, the importer says "Complete" after "Remove and Rebuild", but results in a Rails error. In each of the cases, the error was originally a Ldp::HttpError.

Here are some examples:

rfta:116_BIOFORM_fileset in importer 375

these have all been fixed and the underlying issue is resolved.
