CAS sign in does not direct user to dashboard

Summary

https://assaydepot.slack.com/archives/C0396LSM06P/p1719231827279589 signing in with CAS stops on this page. It doesn't take you to the dashboard anymore, though I can just click on my user id in the top right to take me there. So it is successfully signing me in, just not resolving past this page.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] After signing in with CAS, the user is directed to the dashboard
