📎 SOW: Only serve intermediateFile in the viewer

Summary

Each page object MAY have a pcdmuse:IntermediateFile and a pcdmuse:PreservationFile. The pcdmuse:IntermediateFile should always be served to the viewer on the work page. In the case where there are both, the pcdmuse:IntermediateFile has had additional processing done to it beyond what would happen through standard programmatic derivative generation and thus needs its own fileset and rdf:type.

In the case that there is only file, the file should be both a pcdmuse:PreservationFile and pcdmuse:IntermediateFile. The pcdmuse:IntermediateFile is always served in the viewer.

@jillpe This looks good, but newspaper will need this too. We haven't worked out exactly what that looks like but I think just having the viewer showing at the Issue level is fine. Each issue will have multiple pcdmuse:intermediateFiles with the a viewer showing those in order at the issue level.

@markpbaggett I added this criteria into the Newspapers sow ticket. We won't be implementing newspaper work types until the 3rd/4th milestones and this will be completed in the 1st/2nd milestone. I figured it was best to keep everything for newspapers contained in that ticket to make it easier to track the milestones.
