🐛 Up footer's `z-index` #160

Story

This commit is another quality of life improvement for the footer. It pumps the z-index above the pagination current page indicator so the indicator doesn't overlap the footer.

This is an improvement but the footer still overlaps the pagination buttons a bit though. Can we push it down some more to completely clear it? @kirkkwang

Oh that screen shot is just to show that the pagination indicator is behind the footer. There's still room to scroll down
