Black patch is seen on emulating any pdf file #51

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch chrome and open any Pdf file for Ex: http://cb.vu/unixtoolbox.pdf
2.Press F12 to open devtools and emulate it
3.Select device as Apple iPhone4 and observe the emulated screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Black patch is seen on emulated screen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 38.0.2125.77 (Official Build 290811) beta , Ubuntu 12.04

Please provide any additional information below.
This is a regression issue broken in M38..

Issue is seen on Windows..

Able to repro on MAC: 38.0.2125.77 too.
