Upgrade NetStandard Library #125

Currently the project is referencing NetStandard Library 1.6.1.

Upgrade to version 2.0.0

Posted on Gitter but i have added NetStandard 2 to the project, didnt realise i could push to the main repo so if anyone wants to have a look and make sure its all good for a future release!
