Description

As a contributor I want github actions to deploy new releases to NuGet So that the process is automated

Acceptance Criteria

On a push to (main in future) 3.x branch the action is run
- release version to nuget

Technical notes

I think this needs to be in the same PushToMain.yml (or whatever name we give it) file along with the semantic release as this is dependant on semantic release running.
