IllegalArgumentException when reading ome.tiffs #21

Hi all,

the recent change reveals a problem in the OMETIFFFormat. Specifically this line causes an IllegalArgumantException as it statically assumes the existence of the Z-axis, which is not the case, for instance, for that file.
