New configuration and liquid concrete. #166

I've decided to change how our workspace is configured a little bit, so now you will have to use that configuration too(Follow Pahimar's tutorial to do that - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KsNr6ifC2aM). I've also made some changes and optimizations. I've also implemented working concrete liquid, which has one little bug with the textures, but works perfectly.

I use IntelliJ IDEA so I cant use the new workspace.

@LegioXV I'd recommend, at least for this, you use Eclipse. It's free!

@smigolpol Could you possibly create a text file explaining how to setup the new configuration? It might be easier on some people than watching the 30-minute video.

@LegioXV Like sciguy1121 said, just install Eclipse for this purpose and use IntelliJ IDEA for everything else if you prefer.

@sciguy1121 I will maybe make a file and calling it Contributing.md, and try to explain everything in there, but I think the video will be much better. Because as you may have noticed English isn't my language, furthermore people often do not understand what am I saying even If I say it correct in the language. I'll make the file and you will say if you can understand it and then maybe you'll try to follow the steps and find out if it will work properly.

@smigolpol I am now using the new envirement and it works great with your last pull request. Now @sciguy1121 just needs to accept the pull request and... :)

@KingCreeperEli Great! But we will still need that file explaining how to set it up in case someone new wants to contribute to this project.
