Change to OpenJDK 8 #29

The new default environment on Travis CI (xenial) doesn't support Oracle JDK 8. Let's change to OpenJDK 8 as long as we need to stick to Java 8 in general.

Thanks for catching this.

I suppose we need to update all the existing Travis configurations now as well, right? If so, I can look at doing this en masse...
