Respect non-standard build source directories in SourceFinder #23

Some projects define a <sourceDirectory> in their POM. Let's respect this when building our source location URL. This pull request also adds a test for the net.imagej:ij artifact pinned at version 1.53q and adds this as a test dependency.

Closes #22.
