Symbols look weird in Keymap dialog on Windows machines. #17

On Windows machine some symbols in the Keymap dialog looked really weird (ctrl, meta). Also: The “win” modifier should be sorted to the beginning of a Binding. It should be “win scroll”, not “scroll win”.
