Could you bump the static-module dep up to 3.0.0 please?

Closing this as a duplicate. Please see https://github.com/scijs/cwise/pull/25 for more details. The long story short is that this the api needs to be reworked in order to be compatible with a newer version of static-module and that it’s not something that someone has had the resources to work through.
