Use tqdm to manage progress bar from normalization widget #16

Overview

This PR introduces the following changes:

Add tqdm as the new dependency
Switch native progress bar implementation to tqdm based progress bar

Testing instructions

Create dev environment with the new environment.yml file
Activate the dev environment and perform editable install with pip install -e .
Install jupyter lab with conda install -c condo-forge jupyterlab jupyterlab_widgets ipywidgets
