This gives initial documentation for the xraydb modules. Definitely needs work, but is a start.

👍 on better doc. I am not an expert on Sphinx, so maybe @danielballan has more input.

I guess more doc will also be added on EADL?

Yes, I wanted to get a start. Much of the current doc is incomplete or otherwise wrong, but it's a start.
