Add PyPI and supported Python badges to README #19

The PyPI badge PyPI version shows the current release on PyPI that one would get from

pip install aghast

and the supported Python versions badge Supported Python versionss shows the compatible Python versions that are listed on PyPI.

This is neat, thanks! (I should put these on all the projects, though I'll have to think about how long the line of badges is getting...)

Not sure how you'll react the the large collection of badges we have over on pyhf, but they serve as a nice little dashboard for us and good starting points for Binder, PyPI, and our docs for users.

That's quite a lot.

The "code health" one isn't loading for me. That might be a discontinued project (or otherwise broken link).

Yeah, this is a confusing one for us. It loads in the docs but not on GitHub at the moment. :? But I haven't gotten around to debugging it.
