Ability to use an external Pythia installation #1

Similarly to what has been done for pyjet, it would be very useful to be able to use numpythia with an external Pythia installation. Indeed different experiments use different MC configurations, so this flexibility is a requirement to broaden the usability of the package. There is already interest from LHCb, cf. raised interest from @cvazquezs.

Did you ever try to get this really nice enhancement done, @cvazquezs?

Nobody put itself forward for the task and it's been open for a while. As we have a maintenance issue for this package, which seems not that used, it makes sense to close now as "won't do".

The job can always be put back on the table if somebody comes forward.
