ci: Add python-jsonschema/check-jsonschema pre-commit hook

Description

• Add https://github.com/python-jsonschema/check-jsonschema pre-commit hook.
• Fix schema errors by converting 'choice' dispatch type, which is a string, to 'boolean'.
• Resolves #1966
