Include recommendation/shoutout to all-contributors bot? #273

Hello @klieret. This seems to have gone under the radar. We do try and use all-contributors hence it would make complete sense to have a recommendation in the guidelines somewhere. In fact I thought it was there but it isn't. Would you like to submit a PR for this or haven't got the time just now?

This would probably need to be a new subpage in developer information, right? E.g., "Community building". Or something similar in order to also include things like citations etc.

I would imagine a page under the section https://scikit-hep.org/developer, yes. A reasonable name would also be "Community recognition". No strong feeling.
