Fixes #384

Make cateory encoders compatible with sklearn 1.2

Get rid of deprecated boston housing dataset
fix doctests (and some bugs discovered by it)
force sklearn >= 1 as dependency (c.f. #365)
delete support for dataframes with mixed column names (strings and ints as column names of a single df)
