Explainer part is separated as a module
Added dependencies for Explainer module

@dniprocat I recommend to remove the other files that are already in the other pull request, since I already reviewed them somewhere else and also it will generate merge conflicts later. Also, can you please solve the current conflict so tests can be enabled in the pull request?
