Release v0.3.0 #158

I am doing the release for version 0.2.1 (not sure about the numbering).

If someone thinks that there are things missing that should be added to the release, please tell me. Otherwise I will tag and make the release in the next few days.

EDIT: My bad, apparently it should be version 0.3.0
