Add contributors section to August meeting notes #13

@NicolasHug, sorry for the late reply, I didn't configure the notifications in this repo. This paragraph was added just after the meeting: when I saw it I added the "waiting for review" label on the PR, but we didn't really talk about that during the meeting... am I wrong? That's why I didn't add this item to the notes.

OK, feel free to close. I just thought it'd be good to give this a little bit more visibility. And not everything that's in the meeting notes was actually discussed ;)

Some items were explicitly excluded from the discussion as the time was running out and they were in a list of PRs needing review. I'm sure you are able to appreciate the difference... ;)
