To give context: the choice is between 'scikit-learn enhancement proposals' => SLEP and 'scikit-learn advancement proposals' => SLAP.

I am horribly boring, but in the name of being professional and avoiding the possibility of having inappropriate jokes, I would rather avoid using "SLAP".
