Hello, how to use scikit-tda to process the MNIST handwritten dataset,Is there any code for this

There is a tutorial on using level set filtrations for an image of a cell. That should be in Ripser.py. You could probably adapt that to the mnist dataset.

I think eventually we will want to come up with some kind of hyperparameter optimization in our library, and this would be a good example to showcase it. We will keep you posted
