Hi!

Are there some obvious reasons why scikit-umfpack is not built here for python 3.7?

@rc I'm willing to volunteer, but I have no clue where to start :) Can you give me some hints on how I can build the wheels for Python 3.7?

Great! In my naive opinion, look into .travis.yml and appveyor.yml for blocks with Python 3.6, copy them and replace 3.6 with 3.7 - that is what I would try, but I am not the author of those configs. So either make a PR, and if that does not work, try asking one of the original authors, or ask them immediately (matthew-brett or pv). :)
