Working intro to linux #58

New sections for the introduction. I am planning to create in a wave of PR (one a week or every two weeks) for

The GIT section in CODING STANDARDS IN THE LAB will become a guide on how we use GIT and how we want things to work in general (good practice specifically in the lab)

The sections could entirely migrate to Intro to Software and be rebranded as high-level tutorials or as goal-oriented tasks.

In parallel, I am planning on using around 25Go of OneDrive space to do tutorials for our top 5 flows (downloading a zip with the data, command, and code with some basic instructions for very fast inspection of input/output and a few details on the top 3 errors and how to fix them or debugging it)

This is the first PR of a few this semester, my goal is to have a much lower entry level for new students or visitors and take them by the hand a lot more.

@EmmaRenauld @arnaudbore This is not WIP anymore, ready for review. I am planning on changing a bit of everything, so this section could evolve in the other PR.

I think my next goal will be the intro to Python, mostly a summary with a lot of links and a few pictures, just to launch students in the right direction.
