[ ] scil_tractogram_crop.py help reduce the size of the test data (input pickle box)
[ ] scil_volume_crop.py use a mask as optional input, it will crop the data with a mask and could create a bbox also.
[ ] Add check_box for every tractogram/bundle scripts ?
