Add login and authorization #16

Design and develop login system that does the following:

every request for admin panel should pass through an authorization check
if user is already authorized (implemented via cookie / session given by laravel), return dummy admin view
if user isn't authorized redirect to /login view (which should be completely functional along with simple elegant design)
if user logs out from admin panel, redirect to /login view.

@kvr24611 , Not creating a separate issue. Can you blend the login page to the theme?

@kvr24611 , There two types of users, i.e. "users" and "staffs". We should get rid of one I guess. Lets have a separate issue for that. This can be worked on admin-panel branch now, right?
