2MASS images have variable zeropoints [Bug]

🐞 Bug Report

Describe the bug

• blast assumes constant zeropoints for survey images, but 2MASS image ZPTs vary by ~0.2 mag or so (estimating from visual inspection)
• Hip2fits service removes ZPT information from the FITS header so we don't have this ZPT information served to blast
• to fix this, we might need to use a different image download service like NASA/IPAC and allow zpts to be determined from header KWs in some instances
