Add favicon #219

Description of the Change

Added a favicon using a placeholder logo.

@djones1040 I'll wait on your input to this one because it involves "branding". If you prefer, we could use an empty favicon placeholder until #35 is resolved.

We can easily change the image as desired in the future.
