Page layout broken after Bokeh and Bootstrap updates #220

Describe the bug

The recent updates of Django, Bootstrap, and Bokeh broke some page layouts. The results page template in particular has an overhanging whitespace due to the Bokeh plot divs being far too wide. Also, the responsiveness of the pages has degraded.
