Description of the Change

Use the logo draft on the home page to lend it some pizzazz
Apply a consistent orange theme to links, nav bar items, the home page bar chart, and transient progress bars
Remove Home page link from nav bar and replace it with the existing Blast Beta link that was otherwise impotent
Add label to Source Code link
Update source code repo URL references to new migrated location
Remove CI report from Readme.md until that is fixed
